The dances under the covered pavilion have always been a drawing card to the Texas Cowboy Reunion and this year will be no exception! The Texas Cowboy Reunion, founded in 1930 as a tribute to the Texas cowboy, is held each year for three days around July 4 in Stamford. Held in conjunction with the rodeo are the Texas Old-Timers Reunion, the Texas Quarter Horse Show, and the John Selmon Memorial Art Show.
